It began its life as a pop-up on Bondi beach, but The Bucket List proved so popular it became a permanent fixture. This November, the tropical-inspired bar-restaurant returns to its roots, hosting a month-long Patrón pop-up bar.
Freshly mixed tequila cocktails will be served up right where they belong: outdoors, under bright parasols, with the beach just a few steps away. Expect to find classics like the Tommy’s Margarita and recipes that twist tradition, like a fresh Watermelon Spritz that features Patrón in place of the standard vodka or gin.
The Bucket List menu includes a tasty supporting cast, like the Cali Fish Tacos (MSC-certified hake topped with zesty pico de gallo and smoked-chilli mayo) and the Kingfish Ceviche (fresh, cured fish dressed with cucumber, avocado, radish and herbs) – plus plenty of vegan options and smaller plates.
The Patrón pop-up at The Bucket List runs from 11am 'til late every weekday from Nov 6 - Dec 6, while local and international DJs will cue up the summer soundtrack from 2pm 'til late on weekends.
