Four of Sydney's best Italian chefs are cooking up a pasta feast at Sotto Sopra and Flour Eggs Water.

Ormeggio’s Alessandro Pavoni and Mattia Rossi, and Eugenio Maiale and Sandro Di Marino of A Tavola, are collaborating to cook at two five-course collaborative dinners.

Expect artichoke ravioli, prawn fettuccine, lamb ragout and more paired matching wines.
