Every night at Bar Freda’s, the newest incarnation of Cafe Freda’s, feels like a house party packed with your coolest mates.
As part of Broadsheet ’s Dine Out festival, the house party vibes are being dialled up to eleven thanks to Ben Fester and the Pizza Oltra crew.
The Oltra team is setting up their Gozneys in the Freda’s courtyard, ready for an unforgettable pizza party. The team is known for its deep-dish tomato pie; Rancho Relaxo, topped with spicy pepperoni and cool ranch; and a zucchini pizza with ricotta, mint and everything bagel crumb. Every pizza is excellent. There’s not a dud among them.
To keep the vibes high, Fester is curating a line-up of DJs to hit the decks, and might even end up on them himself.
