No Lights No Lycra is ringing in a decade of dancing like nobody’s watching – and it’s throwing two free dance parties to celebrate.
The first session, a family-friendly shimmy for all ages, will run from 1pm to 2pm. Then from 7pm to 8.30pm the lights will be switched off so dancers aged 14 and up can boogie with abandon.
No Lights No Lycra is a global dance movement (founded in Melbourne) that offers participants the chance to shake away their stress in the dark and get lost in a world of creativity (and cardio). There are no instructions or teachers, simply free-form dancing where all can let loose without judgement.
Gather your friends and family and dance like nobody’s watching.
