Running March 4–7, the three-hour experience features foraging-inspired dishes alongside playful (and provocative) nods to Yellowjackets’ darker themes.
“We’re about pushing the boundaries of what is possible,” says Robinson. “Getting to ask questions like ‘How do we make an ear appetising?’ Or ‘How can we get someone to dig into a brain?’ was a very exciting quest.
“The answer is obviously in the flavours – and while it might not be conventionally appetising visually, the flavours and aesthetics will most definitely leave you speechless.”
