Free Nap Classes at The Indigo Project
The Indigo Project is holding free nap classes, just in time for the stressful holiday season. The 30-minute sessions are run by a psychologist and focus on mindfulness, to help you learn practices to keep calm and de-stress.
Between 33 and 45 per cent of Australians have sleep difficulties according to one study. As the end of year arrives and our schedules become crowded, these issues can be exacerbated.
The classes are designed to leave you feeling refreshed, focused and in control of your sleeping habits.
Daily, December 18 to 22, 1pm–1.30pm.
