Whether you’re a champion of cheddar, a burrata buff or an emmental enthusiast, there’ll be a fromage for you at Australia’s biggest cheese festival.

Grate news. Revel (the team behind wine event Pinot Palooza) is bringing back Mould: A Cheese Festival for another round.

There’ll be 75 kinds of fromage from 27 producers across the country at Carriageworks for two days and three sessions of cheesy goodness – fest veterans Bruny Island Cheese Co, Milawa Cheese, Yarra Valley Dairy, Grandvewe, Stone & Crow, Section 28 and Red Cow Organics will all be there, alongside newcomers Dreaming Goat, Long Paddock Cheese, Second Mouse Cheese Co and more. Expect tastings, conversations and demonstrations, as well as cheese-focussed dishes from a range of local cheesemongers.

It’s not all about the fromage, though – a bar stocked with wines, cocktails, sake, gin, vodka, beer and cider will help you wash down your washed rind.
