Australia's best cheesemakers, together with great wine and masterclasses – some things just gouda together.

Mould: A Festival of Cheese is returning for its third year.

Presented by Revel (the team behind cult wine event Pinot Palooza) and Nick Haddow of Bruny Island Cheese Co, all the big cheeses of the artisan world will be there, including Yarra Valley Dairy, Grandvewe, Section28, Shaw River, Tolpuddle and Tongola.

Product displays, demonstrations and cheesy conversation will be complemented by a bar stocked with wine, whisky, beer, cider, sake and plenty of other offerings.

Snacking is encouraged, and Australian cheesemongers Maker & Monger and Harper & Blohm will be on hand to satisfy your cravings with a range of cheesy dishes, alongside other producers selling breads and burgers.
