The Coogee Pavilion fine-diner's talented team is channelling its skills into a bake sale. Arrive early for a ham and gruyere puff-pastry pie, sourdough, Basque cheesecake, and cheese and miso scrolls.
Mediterranean-accented Coogee fine diner Mimi's and its sibling Una Mas are jumping on the bake-sale bandwagon this Saturday. Those who live in a five-kilometre radius or the Randwick local government area can head in for a range of baked delights, crafted with the Jordan Toft-led eateries' typical attention to detail. There'll also be a bunch of treats coming off its Josper grill.
Line up early (on the Mimi's and Una Mas ramp) for ham and gruyere puff-pastry pies; loaves of Mimi's sourdough; chocolate eclairs; Basque cheesecake; fire-roasted pork-belly rolls; strawberry crostata; Jimmy's chicken wrap; rhubarb and custard danishes; and cheese and miso scrolls.
From 9.30am–1pm.
