Messina Eats x Wonderbao
The lobster “bao-guette” is a hybrid creation that is part-bao bun, part-lobster roll. There’ll also be more traditional bao with roast pork belly, pickled cucumber, spring onion and hoisin sauce; fried chicken, yuzu mayo, pickled cabbage and lettuce; and silken tofu, okonomiyaki sauce, pickled daikon and nori. Get a side of shaker fries with sweet paprika seasoning.
For dessert: Messina’s wildly popular mango crepes, which are filled with silky mango sorbet and whipped cream.
