Enjoy elegant food with paired cocktails over five nights at Mizz B’z. Three signature dishes created by head chef Masahiko Yomoda will include salmon with coriander and chilli marshmallows, slow-cooked lamb shank with massaman cream and black garlic, and rhubarb and strawberry tart. Each dish will be matched with a cocktail, including Pampero Blanco Rum with coconut liqueur, lemongrass syrup, kaffir lime leaves, chilli and lime. The pairing will run Monday to Friday from 6pm. Tickets $79 per head.
