The Journey to Hotel Rose Bay Long Lunches
The newly updated Hotel Rose Bay is hosting a series of long Sunday lunches that highlight the journey of the produce from soil, vine, sea and vat to table.
Executive chef Ian Royle will be crafting multi-course menus that highlight the freshness of the ingredients. He’ll also be explaining where those ingredients come from, and how they’re used in the dishes.
The seven-course “beer and bites” long lunch (with matching beers) on October 20 will be co-hosted by James Squire (tickets are $90). And the five-course “wine and dine” lunch (with paired wines) will be co-hosted by Margan Estate (tickets are $120).
From 1pm to 4.30pm both dates.
