Adam Wolfers will cook at The Gretz for one night only.
Adam Wolfers (the former head chef at Yellow) is popping up at The Gretz in Enmore to serve Jewish-Hungarian bar snacks for one night only.
The Enmore event follows on from the success of Wolfers’ recent pop-ups at Bar Brosé and Casoni.
The menu will have a focus on vegetables and seafood with some fun bar snacks.
Expect storm clams with crushed potato and bay oil; barbequed oysters with walnut, fennel and wine; and lángos (Hungarian fried bread) served with smoked sour cream.
