Japanese Degustation Dinner at HaNa Ju-Rin
Teppanyaki and sushi restaurant HaNa Ju-Rin is hosting a seven-course degustation dinner (with eight wines) prepared by a team of expert Japanese chefs.
Each chef will present a single dish on the night with border-crossing flavours, including a ravioli bottoni filled with potato and koji butter in a smoked potato dashi. There'll also be whitefish cured with Hokkaido kombu with a ponzu and Tasmanian purple sea urchin puree.
The chef line-up includes Tatsuya Shinkai of Kagura; Tomoyuki Matsuya of HaNa Ju-Rin; Shota Sato of Osaka Trading Co and Tokyo Bird; Hiroshi Manaka of LuMi, Hideki Okazaki of La Trader, and Shui Ishizaka of Bennelong.
