On the last day of World Class Cocktail Week, Icebergs Dining Room and Bar is hosting a special Sunday brunch.
Choose from a selection of bread and pastries before feasting on the following courses: fruit salad, with watermelon, berries, citrus and geranium ice; followed by your choice of ocean trout with roe and cultured cream, or frittata with porcini mushrooms, goat’s curd and kale; or aged prosciutto, organic hen’s egg, radicchio jam & focaccia.
The ticket price includes one cocktail: either the No. 242 with Tanqueray gin, grapefruit and basil; or the No. 280 with Tanqueray gin, lemon, mint and prosecco.
