Learn to make a perfect, hand-chipped ice ball for your whisky or cocktails, thanks to Tokyo Bird bar manager, Yoshi Onishi. He will share the secrets of making your own crystal clear ice as well as demonstrate how to carve an ice ball from a larger block. You’ll then get to carve your very own, and enjoy it at the end with a Diageo Reserve Brand whisky.
