Sheraton Grand Sydney’s High Tea at Home

Reproduce the elegance of Sydney's high-tea scene in your home with Sheraton Grand's two lockdown hampers. The High Tea at Home pack is $69, serves two people and comes with scones; arancini with truffle aioli; spinach and ricotta cannoli; quiche with caramelised leek and Moreten bay bug; smoked salmon; petite finger sandwiches; and an array of sweet treats including hazelnut mousse and canelé.

The $125 Picnic Hamper is $125 and has plenty items for a session of grazing. Spread a rug in your lounge room or backyard and make your way through the artisanal cheeses with all the accoutrements; charcuterie including 18-month-aged prosciutto and pork-and-fennel salami; focaccia; hummus; roasted cauliflower with dukkah; dips; fruit and three decadent finger-sized sweets by the hotel's pastry team. You can add a bottle of Moet for $50 or have it arrive in a proper picnic basket, which you'll be able to keep.
