Half-Price Margaritas, Tequila Tastings and All-Day Bottomless Fiestas at Casa Merida
If you didn’t manage to escape the cold this year, Casa Merida is offering the next best thing to actually being on a beach in Tulum. The Mayan cocktail bar and eatery in Potts Point is celebrating the launch of Hacienda Patron with a host of events throughout July.
On Tuesdays from 5pm to 10pm, you’ll find two-for-one tacos and half-price Patron margaritas and palomas. Get involved in tequila tastings paired with a limited edition menu of Yucatan-inspired dishes on Thursdays from 5pm to 10pm and settle into an all-day bottomless fiesta on Fridays and Saturdays from 12pm - 12am.
Chef Luis Águilar from Mexico’s Safari Tulum – who’s worked in kitchens around the world from New Zealand to New York – has developed an exclusive menu especially for the Hacienda Patron Bottomless Fiestas, and diners will be treated to two hours of Patron margaritas and palomas, beers and sparkling wine to sip.
Every fiesta will also feature live Latin and world music, including Mexican singer, dancer and harpist Victor Valdes, and Tulum inspired beats by Mexican DJs.
