Stephani Gondosiswanto's pop-up concept started back in 2014 in her hometown of Jakarta, Indonesia. So far she has held seven pop-up dinners in Jakarta and six in Sydney. She aims to create a new and exciting dining experience for each one.
Having worked as a chef at Bowery Lane, Gondosiswanto decided to continue her efforts with pop-up dining. Following its success in June this year, Gondo’s Kitchen is back at Orto Trading Co., this time featuring a five-course, Indonesian-inspired feast of barramundi, king prawns, lamb ribs, salads and panna cotta.
$40 per person/$160 per table without wine
