William Street, Paddington NSW 2021
Price: $40
Get a taste of Japan at a series of Tokyo-inspired pop-up bars.

First it was canned cocktails, then we were blessed with boozy kombucha. Now there's yet another tinned bev popping up on Aussie shelves: Koyomi’s Highballs, made with Japanese shochu and soda.

To celebrate the launch of the product, Koyomi is hosting tasting tours in pop up-bars across inner Sydney, inspired by Tokyo's Golden Gai district (a network of six alleys filled with tiny bars).

Each pop-up will accommodate 10 guests at a time, creating a tasting journey in a setting designed to transport guests to the intimate small bars of Tokyo. Starting on Paddington’s William Street, guests will tour three pop-up bars, each presenting a different highball flavour. Each drink will be paired with a snack, bringing to life the essence of Japanese nightlife.

Sessions are one hour, bookings are essential. Session times vary each day.
