Summer's finally in full swing, so make the most of it on Chiswick's enviable lawn. The restaurant built on Matt Moran's philosophy of honest produce, nestled in picturesque Woollahra, has partnered with Bombay Sapphire and built a pop-up perfect for a garden party.
A trio of gin-infused cocktails will be on offer, alongside classic G&Ts and others with a fruity twist. Don't forget to pair yours with complementary canapés including: warm smoked eggplant with chickpea and cumin, jamon tater tots with gruyère cheese, and kingfish with green tea and wild rice. Soak up the surroundings, sip your drink, and spoil yourself and your palate.
Entry is free and drinks are pay-as-you-go.
