Neighbourhood bar Black Bottle has added a new special to its small-plate menu; it's called Fromage in a Box. It's an oven-baked wheel of French cheese, comparable to raclette (cheese melted on the wheel). The full fromage wheel is served with cured meats, roasted potatoes and salad, and is available on Thursday nights for $39 per person.
