"One night only". It sounds like the tagline for an old-timey magic show, but it's the sad reality of this collaborative dinner between Monty Koludrovic and David Moyle on August 4.
Koludrovic is the executive chef at Icebergs Dining Room and Bar. Moyle and his restaurant, Franklin, are among the most acclaimed in Tasmania. Together, the two chefs will celebrate Australian seafood in inimitable fashion. Moyle will be bringing sea urchins, octopus, calamari, periwinkles and clams with him for the occasion.
There will also be a matching wine list featuring some of the best-regarded natural wines from Australia, France and Italy.
Tickets are $120 per person for three course dinner and snacks, with an additional $80 per person for matching wines.
