Fonda Friday at House of Sculpt With Access

House of Sculpt is a Bondi Pilates studio that runs cool classes in an aesthetically pleasing setting. Plus, it has a mega online offering. It’s run by two ex-ballerinas who know how to find the perfect balance between a challenging and rewarding workout.

The studio offers 250+ on-demand classes and seven class types to choose from, including sculpt, heat, form, scorch, melt and yoga. It’s all inspired by the original Jane Fonda at-home workout and, in the early morning on August 29, Broadsheet Access members are invited to attend its pumping “Fonda Friday” class in person.

It’ll be a 45-minute, Fonda-style class, set to retro and disco beats by DJ Peyton Cole. Expect a major burn, plus plenty of laughs. There’ll be freebies, too, like post-Pilates coffee or matcha from Glory Days, and prizes up for grabs on a few lucky mats.
