The 50-seat temporary store will run as full-service cafe offering single origin coffees, (from the same people who source and roast them no less), from Panama, Kenya and Ethiopia.
Jesse McTavish of Top Paddock and The Kettle Black will make savoury dishes, and doughnuts will be availble via a collaboration with Short Stop.
