The team at Glass Brasserie is offering a rare behind-the-scenes look at its celebrated menu with an exclusive five-course food and wine tasting experience with their head chef and sommelier.
The stylish brasserie has been a highlight of modern Australian dining since chef and restaurateur Luke Mangan opened it more than 13 years ago. The elegant venue, which underwent a lavish renovation in 2018, has a profusion of marble and glass features, plus a towering 3500-bottle “wine wall”.
The menu is a conceptual journey through modern fine dining, from entrée to dessert. Some of the dishes included are Sydney rock natural oysters, Luke Mangan’s signature crab omelette with okonomiyaki, bonito, nori and Japanese mayonnaise, and a new chocolate dessert featuring chocolate mousse, puff pastry, raspberry, popcorn and fairy floss.
These experiences give participants an insider’s look at and taste of the method and inspiration behind five of Glass Brasserie’s best dishes and wine pairings.
