Chef Danielle Alvarez and the co-author of her new cookbook, Recipes for a Lifetime of Beautiful Cooking, Libby Travers come together for a night of conversation over dishes directly from the cookbook. Plus, wines by female winemakers.
The striking Yallamundi Rooms in the Sydney Opera House sets the stage for a night of conversation and food in celebration of chef Danielle Alvarez's (ex-Fred's) new cookbook Recipes for a Lifetime of Beautiful Cooking.
Alvarez will be joined by the book's co-author, food writer and author Libby Travers, for a chat led by food journalist Joanna Savill. They'll chat about the stories behind the recipes, and guests will meet the co-authors in person.
A selection of canapes, small dishes and desserts from the book will be served at the event, bringing the recipes from the pages to reality. They'll be paired with wines made by up-and-coming female winemakers.
