Blur the lines between desserts and cocktails with a Rum Baba cocktail made especially for World Class Cocktail Week. Bartenders will turn the classic dessert into a tropical cocktail made with Pampero Anejo Especial Rum, coconut and apple and served with a light doughnut-style baked pastry floating on top. The drink will be available for $22, exclusively at Bellevue’s ground floor cocktail bar Thursday, Friday and Saturday, from midday.
