Two Italian favourites team up for a four-course menu of matching cocktails and food.

Barangaroo Italian diner Bel & Brio has come together with Italian amaretto-maker Disaronno to create a four-course menu, pairing meals with four Disaronno-infused cocktails. In a fun twist on the food-and-drink matching experience, executive chef Davide Incardona will create the dishes – including bruschetta with tuna tartare, Wagyu short ribs, and white-chocolate cheesecake – to match with cocktails created by bar manager Daniele Merli, rather than the other way around.

Disaronno brand ambassador Danilo Migliorini will be on hand to walk guests through the different flavours of the amaretto, which is still made using the original recipe from 1525.

The first dinner, on September 30, has already sold out, so we recommend you book early.
