Dine Out: The Waratah x Nomidokoro Indigo

The Waratah’s monthly Sunday takeover series, The Neighbourhood Mix , always guarantees a good time. For Broadsheet’s first-ever Dine Out festival , the Darlinghurst favourite will welcome the team from Nomidokoro Indigo – the tiny izakaya across the road – for a special edition with big Japanese energy.

Indigo will take over The ’Tah’s handsome public bar downstairs on Sunday August 17, with Japanese-meets-Aussie cocktails, the team from Nomidokoro Indigo will be pouring limited edition Sakes paired with an izakaya-inspired Sunday roast and umami-forward snacks. Rotating DJs will lean into Japan’s love of jazz, funk and soul. Sugoi!
