Dine Out always dishes up some culinary experiments. This year, Bondi tapas bar Besa steps into the lab with its limited-edition spicy Espresso Martini and a snack to pair.
The Spicy Carajillo Martini is a blend of Licor 43, coffee liqueur, cold brew coffee and Pablo’s spice mix. The result is a smooth Espresso Martini that hits you like a spicy Marg. Paired with citrus-cured mackerel toast with green romesco and encurtidos, it’s hard to picture a punchier way to kick off your night. Plus, you can get both for $25. Besa is Spanish for “kiss” – a chef’s one is fitting for this Dine Out-only menu addition.
