French Peruvian dishes paired with wines at this party hosted by three of Sydney's faves.
Dine Out dishes up plenty of surprises, and they don’t get more surprising than this marriage of French and Peruvian cuisines. For one day only, wine bar L’Avant Cave is hosting Peruvian restaurant Pepito’s and French bistro Porcine. Expect a French Peruvian menu from Nik Hill (Porcine) and José Alkon (Pepito’s) that explores flavour pairings and profiles you’re unlikely to have found in Sydney before.
Naturally, the L’Avant Cave crew will be curating a tight wine list to go with the menu. The intention is to explore new ground and find exciting, unexpected wine pairings. It’s one big French Peruvian party – cave criolla.
