Dine Out: Bakso Teapot Pastry Special

Pantry Story won last year’s Dine Out festival with its viral croissant handbag. The innovative team is back in 2026 with a pastry inspired by bakso, Indonesia’s favourite meatball and one of the country’s national dishes. 

This nostalgic recreation sees buttery puff pastry encasing a savoury meatball filling, served with a refreshing, experimental sambal tomato gelato – in the shape of a teapot. Available exclusively during Broadsheet’s Dine Out festival.
