Dine Out: Oscar Solomon’s Tsukune Sando

Not content with smashing it out of the park with his one-off dinner at Firepop for Broadsheet’s second Dine Out festival, Oscar Solomon has also created a sandwich. In his favoured style, it’s a Japanese-inflected number featuring one of the most ubiquitous yakitori items out there: tsukune, or chicken meatballs. Available exclusively on the DoorDash app from 6pm–9pm, July 30 to August 1, it features one hefty tsukune slathered in sauce and squished between slices of fluffy shokupan with sliced cabbage.
