Dine Out: A Mushroom Feast at Yellow

Yellow is one of Sydney’s most acclaimed fine dining restaurants, and the only one fully dedicated to plant-based cooking. For Broadsheet ’s inaugural Dine Out festival, Yellow is teaming up with Musset Holdings, a regenerative family-run farm in Colo Vale, for a five-course tasting menu dedicated to mushrooms.

Expect a menu celebrating the flavour and versatility of fungi, with appearances from Farmer Will Mussett and produce displayed throughout the space. It’s a seasonal, thoughtful collaboration that brings farm and fine dining together. Musset’s specialty varieties are grown organically on sawdust and grass, using sustainable closed-loop farming practices. The dinner will showcase the incredible depth and complexity of fungi, from delicate to meaty.
