Dine Out: House of Blackmore Wagyu at PS40
Steak lovers – get fired up. Corey Costelloe from 20 Chapel is taking over the PS40 kitchen for one night this August, with a menu celebrating some of Australia’s best beef.
When it comes to steak, Corey Costelloe has chops. At his Marrickville farm-to-fork diner, 20 Chapel, he fires out some of the city’s best steaks from a custom woodfired grill. Before that, he was the executive chef at Rockpool Bar & Grill, where Aussie beef reigns supreme.
For Broadsheet’s Dine Out festival, Costelloe is taking over the PS40 kitchen for one night only – and he’s doing what he does best. Come for a $65 set menu that celebrates top Australian beef producer, Blackmore Wagyu, plus a cocktail on arrival by Archie Rose.
