Dine Out: Bella Brutta x LP’s Quality Meats Pizza Special
Sydney meat maestro Luke Powell will put a Germanic spin on a suburban icon – the ham and pineapple pizza – at his adored King Street pizzeria Bella Brutta, especially for Broadsheet’s debut Dine Out festival.
Hit the Newtown spot between August 11 and 17 for $28 leopard-crusted Neapolitan pies studded with LP’s Quality Meats new Schinkenwurst (German for “ham sausage”) and oven-roasted pineapples with a chilli kick.
But that’s not all – Bella Brutta’s takeaway fridges will be packed with pouding chômeur desserts (self-saucing pudding à la Québécois, with ice-cream) for $20 a pop.
Both limited-edition items are takeaway-only and can be ordered online. Exclusive to Broadsheet’s Dine Out festival.
