Yellow’s mushroom feast was one of the first events to sell out at last year’s inaugural Dine Out festival. This year, the acclaimed fine diner will celebrate the diversity, flavour and versatility of the spud with a five-course feast in partnership with The Gourmet Potato Hill in Binda, New South Wales.
Each course will feature potatoes in unexpected ways, highlighting the ingredient’s capacity for nuance, texture and depth. Annette Hill from The Gourmet Potato Hill will share insights into the cultivation, preservation and stewardship of rare and heritage potato varieties.
You’ll also have the chance to learn about the challenges and rewards of growing one of the world's most beloved crops, while gaining a deeper appreciation for the people and processes behind every harvest.
