Head to the Ace Hotel’s 18th-floor diner Kiln for a Spanish-inspired special limited to just 10 serves per service.

Ace Hotel’s is turning up the heat for Broadsheet’s second Dine Out festival. As well as hosting wine gathering Small Moves, the hotel's 18th-floor restaurant Kiln will serve culinary director Isobel Whelan-Little’s take on a paella, featuring Spanish rice, a whole Eastern Rock lobster and spices, cooked in a smoked bisque over the wood fire. This luxe dish is best shared between two or three, and can be ordered ahead for $98.

This Dine Out exclusive is available nights Monday to Saturday, and lunch on Friday and Saturday, from July 27 to August 1.
