For last year’s Dine Out festival, Randwick’s Corner 75 travelled south for an exclusive pop-up at Bistra in Carlton. This year, the venues will flip the concept, with Bistra’s John Paul Twomey bringing his signature flair to the kitchen at Randwick’s very own Hungarian preservation project, led by the teams at Baba’s Place and Sixpenny.
Expect a set menu of Bistra classics for $160 per person, with a welcome drink included. There will also be three seatings from 12pm, which means your Sunday lunch plans are well and truly covered on August 2. This is a rare chance to experience two of the country’s most exciting new restaurants under one roof, exclusive to Dine Out.
