Dine Out: Brendan Pang x Refettorio Ozharvest

Last year Masterchef alum and Bumplings author Brendan Pang participated in one of Dine Out’s biggest events, a two-level dinner at Ho Jiak.

For the festival’s second edition he’s getting intimate and personal at Refettorio Ozharvest. Pang and Refettorio head chef Pascale Rose are both of Mauritian descent. Together, they’re collaborating on a four-course set menu using fresh produce rescued by Ozharvest.

The island nation’s cuisine typically leans on okra, pickled produce and seafood. But it also takes cues from Creole, French, Chinese and Indian cooking, plus flavours from Africa. With such a broad canvas, expect the unexpected.
