Bistro Livi is worth the trip. The teeny fish-forward dining room, in an art deco building in northern NSW, dazzles everyone that visits. And exclusively for Dine Out, the trio of owners – twins Danni and Nikky Wilson, along with Ewen Crawford – are coming to Sydney, beelining for Newtown’s South End.
Danni and Ewen are jumping into the kitchen with Hussein Sarhan and Alex Tong, while Nikky joins Paul Guiney on the floor. Menu specifics are still being finalised, but you’re in for a multi-course set menu – with some individual serves, some shared – that celebrates produce and hyper-seasonality, the guiding forces of both Euro-leaning restaurants.
Seats are $150 per person, with drinks additional. Bookings are essential.
