Rockpool is condensing a day’s worth of meals (that’s breakfast, lunch and dinner) into one night for the duration of World Class Cocktail Week.
The first course (breakfast) consists of caviar with blinis and a Ketel One vodka cocktail made with mint, vanilla citrus and André Jacquart champagne. Course two, or “lunch”, is chicken and a clam Caesar sandwich with a cocktail made with Tanqueray gin, roasted clam juice and spices. Dinner is short rib with potato dauphines, celeriac remoulade, and a Talisker whisky cocktail finished with Rosso vermouth, cherry brandy and orange. For dessert: Don Julio Reposado Tequila, agave-scotch ale reduction, chocolate bitters and Lagavulin Scotch mist.
