Clayground Xmas Ceramic Market
Clayground – one of Sydney’s largest eco-ceramic studios – is celebrating the festive season and the creations of more than 150 of its members at its annual Xmas Ceramic Market. Swing by the light-filled Rosebery studio to shop for one-of-a-kind handmade pieces from local practising artists.
There’ll be all kinds of wares on offer ranging from plates, bowls, cups and mugs to sculptural vases and decorative pieces – making for great last-minute gifts for friends and family (and your own home too). There'll also be a clutch of clays and pottery tools available to buy for budding potters.
Interested in the process of hand-building clay and wheel throwing? Join one of the ceramic-making demonstrations to learn more. Plus, there’ll be food to snack on and tunes playing throughout the day.
