Phillip Island
From farmstays to wildlife to wineries, Phillip Island has a host of reasons for luring visitors from the city. With vouchers now available for interstate visitors this winter, now’s your chance to take the plunge.

The only thing better than a holiday is one that comes with free money to spend.

This winter, Visit Phillip Island is offering interstate travellers who book two nights accommodation in the region a $250 voucher to spend on the island participating businesses.

Just under two hours drive from Melbourne, Phillip Island is a coastal oasis that offers a calm getaway from the pace of city life, with a range of restaurants, adventures, activities, wineries and coastal spots to explore.

Hop on a Winter Whale Cruise or get up close with penguins. Make it an adventure and go for a hike at Kitty Miller Bay Walk, take a helicopter flight or test your core strength at Clip ‘n Climb.

Enjoy a breakfast burger while taking in acres of lush bushlands and ponds at Wild Food Farm and Cafe, or head to Rusty Water Brewery Restaurant and Bar for handcrafted ales, beer, wine and an ever-changing seasonal menu. Chocolate lovers can head to Phillip Island Chocolate Factory and warm up with a hot chocolate before spending the afternoon sampling the range and touring the exhibitions.

There’s accommodation for all budgets on Phillip Island, from luxury coastal cabins at Five Acres to self-contained cottages set on acres of farm land at Ripples ‘n’ Tonic Farmstay. You can also sleep under the stars (if you dare) with plenty of camping and caravan options on offer.

There’s 1440 individual vouchers available for interstate visitors to claim, and they can be used on all of the aforementioned activities, plus more. All you need to do is have accommodation booked for two or more nights between July 1–August 29 2022. To apply for the voucher, you will need to provide proof of booking and your interstate residency.
