Renowned pastry and dessert chef Christy Tania is hosting her own pop-up event at the Tramsheds this month. Guests can learn tips and tricks from Tania, who showed her boundary-pushing desserts on MasterChef.

Tania has worked in numerous fine dining restaurants like the Ritz Hotel in Paris, Guy Savoy in Singapore and has recently opened her own dessert shop, Glacé, in Melbourne.

The event includes a 45-minute cooking demonstration (your choice of morning or afternoon session) where you will learn how to recreate her famous floating ice-cream with edible helium balloon. Tania will also be taking photos with guests, handing out signed recipe cards and selling a limited number of her popular Frozen S'Mores.

The event offers morning sessions at 11am and afternoon sessions at 3pm.
