Christmas at Sydney Outlet Village

Formerly known as Fashion Spree, Warwick Farm’s Sydney Outlet Village has entered a new era just in time for Christmas. The newly expanded open-air precinct features a fresh pavilion-style design around a water feature, repositioning the centre as more than a quick bargain stop – it’s now a full-day shopping destination.

The timing couldn’t be better. From December 12 to 26, the Village is leaning into the festive spirit with extended trading hours, roving Christmas entertainment and plenty to keep little ones occupied while you tackle your gift list. Santa will be popping in on select days (including Christmas Eve), and there’s complimentary gift wrapping in exchange for a charitable donation. Expect a rotating line-up of nutcrackers, elves, acrobats and even the Grinch roaming the centre.

On the shopping front, the new-look Village is stacked. Recent arrivals include Nike, Coach, Kate Spade, Gant, Bally, Guess and Le Creuset (celebrating its opening with a $50 gift card when you spend $150). Existing favourites like Tommy Hilfiger (now the largest outlet store in the country), Polo Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein and Oroton have also expanded their footprints.

Beyond shopping, there’s the Vitaland play cafe for kids, Inlife Wellness reformer Pilates studio upstairs for a post-retail therapy reset and free parking to boot. Consider this your cue to swap crowded shopping centres for an elevated outlet experience this Christmas.
