Chef Series: 100% Vegetarian Masterclass with Brent Savage
The third of Carriageworks’s Chef Series masterclasses will be hosted by Brent Savage, the chef and co-owner of Sydney’s Bentley Restaurant and Bar, Monopole, Cirrus and Yellow.
Savage is the author of Bentley: Contemporary Cuisine and was voted the Sydney Morning Herald’s Chef of the Year in 2005 and 2015.
Here, he will cook four 100 per cent vegetarian dishes over a two-hour interactive session in a state of the art Smeg kitchen.
