The Cheesy Affair at Salt Meats Cheese
Between all the dishes on Salt Meats Cheese's extensive menu, all of the chain's locations stock a range of at least 40 types of cheeses.
They're being put to use at a one-off menu dedicated to the stuff, featuring cheese in all its beautiful forms across seven new items, available for one night only.
There's a baked brie with spiced tomato jam, as well as fries of halloumi and polenta as starters. For something a bit heavier, there's a buffalo & mozzarella bolognese pizza, burrata carbonara or a chicken breast stuffed with mozzarella, gorgonzola and parmesan.
Then there's a show-stopping pizza topped with 10 cheeses: pecorino primo sale, pecorino roman, parmigiano reggiano, fior di latte, truffle manchego, taleggio, gorgonzola, pecorino sardo, buffalo mozzarella and ricotta. And dessert hasn't escaped the cheesy takeover: it comes in the form of smooth and fluffy ricotta semifreddo cannoli.
Each item on the menu costs $19 – order as much or as little as you want (we recommend the former).
