Known as one of Sydney’s largest Asian cultural celebrations, the Cabramatta Moon Festival attracts more than 90,000 people from across NSW each year.
With appearances from celebrity chefs including David Vu and Betty Banks from My Kitchen Rules, attendees can master South East Asian cooking as they share secrets from their mothers' kitchens.
Thom Bui, a food-carving instructor and chef with more than 40 years of experience, will also be there on the day to show off her food-carving skills by making 3D jelly cakes.
Cooking instructor Heather Jeong has also joined the line-up and will present classic Korean dishes with a Western twist.
Singer-songwriter Dami Im will return to headline after performing in 2014.
The festival will end with a fireworks display at 8pm. Road closures will happen on John Street, Park Road, Dutton Lane, Dutton Lane Loop, Railway Parade and Arthur Street.
From 9am–8pm. Entertainment will begin at 11am.
